First harvest awards the Cosmic Farmer Badge; every harvest after that pays roughly 30 minutes of your current income on a 4-hour cooldown. Because payout scales with stand income, the same key route becomes more valuable as your tycoon grows — unlike flat cash codes.

How to enter the sewer

Manhole covers sit on the surface map near the main stand and leaderboard zone. Walk up and drop in — there is no cash requirement to enter, only patience for the lever sequence. If you already pulled random levers on this server, exit to the menu and join a fresh server so all four color levers reset to default. The May 27, 2026 patch fixed lever sequences not resetting after wrong steps — re-entering still works when you are unsure of maze state.

Lever locations before you start

Four colored levers control normal and inverted doors across the maze. Know where each lever sits before running the sequence — backtracking wastes time and increases the chance of an accidental extra pull.

• Blue lever — northeast maze, hallway near green-text sign.
• Red lever — southwest maze, past forest gate / left corridor (easiest to find).
• Green lever — southeast maze, pathway right of the Most Cash leaderboard.
• Purple lever — northwest maze, past green text, turn at the red floor line.

Exact Sewer Key lever sequence (7 lever pulls)

Follow these steps in order without pulling extra levers. "Pull" means activate the lever; "unpull" means turn it back off. Steps 4–5 are the most commonly skipped — both Red and Blue must be OFF before Purple becomes reachable.

Steps 1–3: opening the maze (Blue, Red, Green)

The first three pulls open initial paths but do not yet reveal the key room. After pulling Blue, some guides recommend surfacing and re-entering the manhole to reach Red faster — optional but saves walk time on large servers. Red is the easiest landmark lever (southwest, opposite the locked vine gate). Green sits southeast, accessed from the path right of the Most Cash leaderboard. Do not unpull anything yet.

Steps 4–5: the critical unpull phase

This is where most failed runs happen. You must turn Red OFF first, then Blue OFF. With both levers deactivated, the northwest route to Purple opens. If Purple still looks blocked, confirm Red is off before Blue — order matters for door states. Do not pull Green again during this phase.

Steps 6–7: Purple lever and key collection

Pull Purple in the northwest maze (past green text, turn at the red floor line). Return to southwest Red and pull it one final time. A door opens immediately on your right — follow that path, cross the purple line, and pick up the Sewer Key. The key goes to your inventory automatically; you do not consume it when opening the gate.

How to use the Sewer Key and open the gate

Return to the main sewer area and find the locked Sewer Gate near the leaderboard / southwest tunnel — the same gate that blocked the Cosmic Cash Vine before you had the key. Walk up and press E (or tap interact on mobile). The gate unlocks permanently for your account. You never need the key item again after this interaction.

Cosmic Cash Vine — harvest loop and badge

Press E on the Cosmic Cash Vine behind the gate for your first harvest. The Cosmic Farmer Badge popup confirms success. Each harvest pays roughly 30 minutes of your current income (community testing; exact formula may shift with patches). Cooldown is 4 hours between harvests — set a phone alarm if you play actively. Payout is random within a range but always scales upward as your stand income rises.

• Upgrade stand before farming long cooldowns for bigger payouts.

When to do Sewer Key vs when to wait

You can enter the sewer at any income level, but the vine reward only feels meaningful once rebirth income is established. If 30 minutes of your current income cannot buy a visible upgrade, push Lemon Stand and LemonDash first. Ideal timing: after first rebirth (~$77 Sextillion unlock) when Manage power and rebuild loops are running. Always complete Sewer Key before attempting the 12-step UFO Key route on the same maze.

Sewer Key vs UFO Key — do not mix routes

Both keys share the same four levers but use different sequences. Pulling UFO steps mid-Sewer run blocks the key door. Complete Sewer Key on one fresh-server attempt, unlock the gate, then start UFO Key on a separate server later. UFO Key rewards permanent +2% cash per investor — better for late midgame, harder to execute.

Troubleshooting stuck levers and blocked doors

If step 7 does not open a door, you almost certainly pulled an extra lever or mixed UFO steps. Do not random-pull colors hoping to fix it — each pull closes other paths.

• Fix #1: Join a fresh Roblox server and rerun all 7 lever pulls from Blue.
• Fix #2: Write down each lever state before continuing past step 3.
• Fix #3: Confirm game version includes May 27 lever reset fix.
• Fix #4: Run Faster tier 2+ if you keep timing out between levers.
